Team meeting for June & July ?

we need to set a date and place for the June meeting, the July meeting I'm working on, I would like the July meeting to be a manditory 2 day meeting, maybe at a campground close for all, some place were we could bring our families hang out take a break from shows and have a good time with our teammates and families, throw up some tents camp out, maybe do some fishing, play poker something to relax before we get in the push for finals, if this sound good to you let me know, I would be willing to cook for everyone lunch dinner breakfast & lunch, how does that sound

I don't like camping either, but the thought behind it was to get away for a weekend without spending a crap load of money, camping fits the bill, what you guys want to stay at some resort? well how many of you can afford that? I sure as hell can't, look I hate the woods but I would rough it for 1 night to have a good time with my team and family, oh wait I see now only the single guys are the ones :cussing: , Henry is checking with his God Father to see if we could do it at his house

well after thinking about what everyone has said I thought about it and you guys are right it is to hot to go camping, so I will come up with something else, I will see if I can rent a house on the beach for a weekend, all you guys will have to chip in on the rent, does that sound better?

Hey I know of a resort right off of I-4 and 27. Ben and I have stayed there a few times. They have 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses and pool houses for rent. I know for the townhouses it is a min 2 night stay. They have a huge pool w/slide and a lazy river. The only downside is somebody will have to put down a dep with a cc. My bad....they must have upped the rate since we stayed there. Maybe cuz it is summer.... Any they do have a few off site houses available in July for $155 a night. A little expensive plus they charge a cleaning fee. It is summer and alot of families are on vac so it might be hard finding something.
