sad part is i deal with someone like this everyday, maybe not quite as bad but close, doesn't understand the differences in meters, thinks to be good it has to be the most expensive no matter how old, i try to explain but they just don't get it or want to get it,

200 dB is not possible. On the decibel scale, 196 becomes a shockwave and is no longer sound.
