Pro Truck has Kinetik 2400's that were used once at finals and then have been on a charger ever since....they're practically brand new.

Just make sure that it is a sanctioned event, if there are ever any doubts if an event is sancitoned, just check the Event listings of the Organization that is listed has sanctioning the event.
