100ah Werker batt.

Transaction was smooth after a slight hitch on my part. Left meeting place before he got there the first day cause my girl got called into work early. Met today and I bought the batt.

Batt seems to be in working order, sitting at 12.8 on a dmm. Only problem I have is he did not tell in PM or on the phone that the batt had liquid nails on it where someone had it glued into an install. Doesn't bother me that much as it will be in the trunk and not seen, but it's just something I feel he should have been straight forward about. Am I wrong?

To make a thread of it yeah it was wrong, unless he stated description was 10/10. Sometimes as a buyer you gotta ask questions like that, the liquid nails doesnt affect its performance so it wasnt really worth mentioning unless 90% of the battery is covered with liquid nails. Buying used sometimes never goes completely in your favor as a buyer.

Well, what it comes down to is I bought it and I am pleased. As far as I can tell its 100% functional.

I guess it's just something I would have mentioned had the tables been turned is all. Will be scraping off tonight. No worries.

If he brought it and you saw it was like that and still bought it, I dont think its anything anybody can gripe about. If you bought it, and he shipped it without mentioning it or showing a pic or something, and you already paid, and recieved it with cosmetic defects, that could be a slight problem.

yea i didnt really think about it as i had them hidden. i had someone build be an enclosure last summer since i diddnt have time and he got a lil liquid nails on them. i then ripped the system out as the box was junk and just got around building mone this winter break were my new enclosure was to heavy. batteries prob used for less then 2 months and not even pushed because i had the gains all the way down because i was breaking in my brand new subs. they are basically brand new internally, that i will swear by.

i would of also just keept it or would be fine with buying the battery back if you would like its not a big deal 2 me. like i said i know there basically brand new and i have decided to keep the other one as they are new and amazing batteries.

sorry wasent even thinking about it, they were still tucked away in my trunk at the time i put them up.

Batt installed, voltage at back batt is 13.8 at idle. Thanks again.
