seeing how my T3's cost retail $1,800.00-$2,400.00 for 3000 watts

350.00 divided by 2500 is 0.14 per watt they can't make them that cheap

mephis 2,500 retail hmm over a grand

you're crazy if you think its impossible to find a 2500 watt amp for $350 or so...it's ridiculous that it's even a question...

and breaking out a dollar per watt amount is laughable...

considering that xtreme has (2) 2500 watt orions for $400 should pretty much tell you that it's not that hard to find something in that range...

guess i will continue to look elsewhere...

i am only selling them that low because they are used. now if they were brand new they would be around $800+. why don't you buy one of mine? you aren't going to find a better amp. amps in the 350 price range are like the power acoustik 3000d's but they don't even compare to my orions. i need to get these gone i need to buy new amps.

i never said anything about new...im thinking about the 2500d's, i have talked to 4 different people selling them, and im wicked tempted...but i might me close to landing a vr2000d in my price range...if thats the case i will go with that, otherwise, the 2500d's will be my next stop...and you will be contacted...

i understand that the Orion is the better of the 2...but what i wrong with crossfire? picking up a like new modded vr2000d for $350 is worth it to me...it does 2220 @ 2ohm at 12.5v, so at 1ohm at 14+v im sure it will do what i need...

There's nothing wrong with Crossfire. AS a matter of fact, their 2008 stuff is gonna be off the chains.

BTW- the last thing that Orion made that anyone uses in competition was the 2500d. And that was 4 years ago........

who said that the crossfire was better than the orion 2500d? for 300 bucks, a like new modded vr2000d putting out 2500 or more at 1ohm is better for me...but thanks...
