I logged in as you and I was able to reply and start threads in that section. You need to either use another browser, clear cache & cookies, or use another computer.

As I stated above, I replied and created threads while logged in as you.

Log out, and log in using Internet Explorer and see what happens.

well know i tried to start one and it let me. it hasnt let me do it yet.

Let me see if i can make an educated guess here. You said to clear cookies and I said my comp clears them when ever I close browser. but I havent full closed my browser in a while because my wife had a confirmation she was saving. I fully closed my browser while you were on and now problem is fixed. cuz it just cleared it all for me. Thanks for your time sir post is up.
