I have 2 Orion 2500d's, no endcaps, no bass knobs, I just got the amplifiers from Matt, but looking to trade them for 2 Kicker 2500d's. Dad was gonna run these in his truck on a pair of BTL 18's but he would like to run a pair of kickers. The subs he has are dual .7's and I would have to run the orions at either 1.4 or .35, and I would be worried about them daily at .35, I know they will run at .5 all day long and produce some big power(more than the kickers I have heard). Thanks guys, let me know.

Dad would be happier with the Orions. I've ran both for a long time.

2500D's will do whatever the hell you want them to do, I'll tell ya that. I actually don't even recall a time they ever went into protect. Best amps ever.

yeah ive run both and i have to agree with casey, orions are tough and not to finiky, the kickers really dont like anything below 2 ohms mono, they will run lower but they will go into protect to,and if you burp them them below 2 ohms you better roll it.
