my new powerbass and hc2400

picked this up today from "kingss" in kissimmee, fl

good seller, hell of a deal, and both the amp and the batt look BRAND new

400 bux for both items. its for the mini cooper, i couldnt pass up this deal.

anyone thats owned this amp or owns it, give me your thoughts on it. my friend had one that kept breaking, i think it was a big resistor inside that would blow up or pop off the board....thomas (kingss) said that the earlier versions of these amps were the ones that used to break, and his is the third, so im not worried.

very nice looking amp 400 for the batt and the amp......thats a crazy deal lol but u got urself a nice amp there now just get a good 15 and that mini will be bangin lol

ive got a 12" mt for it, idk if i should wire at 2 ohm for 2k, or 1 ohm for 3k. ill prally do 1 ohm, in like 2-2.5^3 ft, at like 35hz.

no, i got an mt motor and ill be ordering a 12" recone soon, and Robin is prally taking the dimensions tonight to design my box. prally 2 to 2.5 cubes @ 35ish hz. amp will be @ 1 ohm, and im replacing the stock MINI batt with the hc2400, that will be my only battery.

just left the shop and heres the deal. the owners name is Darren 904-525-5652 www.audiodesignscg.com. he said the XA-2150 would run $270.00 plus shipping and he will ship it to you if you want it. you can call him or go through the web site. tell him that bigslim talked to him already so he know whats going on. he also said that he will check the fourm and maybe we could get another dealer on here with some good prices. hope this helps

nice, thanks for the info. ill call him up in a few weeks once i know if im going to need it or not... i may end up having to sell this amp and get a memphis 2500 due to space limitations...im not positve though until the box is built....
