1st forum post, Hello

Brand new member just saying hello. We just bought a tiny franchise and we have 4 kids.I was looking for some advice from anyone else who has franchise experience. Possibly show us the do`s and don`ts. We need to get it rolling quickly. Biggest thing, do we hire workers at w2 or 10 99. Anyhow, any nohow will help.
