My father wanted to buy a car so we contacted the seller on Saturday to come get it. The bank was closed and we could not get cash and the seller did not want a check which is very acceptable. We decided to do it Monday. He told me anytime would be fine as he can always get away from work for a little while. We called him Monday at noon and he asked me to wait for him to call back in 20mins. When he called back he said that his job was on fire so he wouldnt be able to get away from work today. He asked us to leae at 3pm so we would get there around 6pm after he was off work. When we contacted him at 3pm he said all was good and to start heading down. About 50miles into the trip he called and asked if we were allready on the road. He went on to explain that the car HE was going to buy had been in a wreck and if he didnt have a car to buy he needed his crown vic to get to work and said we would not be buying the car today but in a few days.
Yesterday he called out of the blue and asked if we wanted to come get the car that night. I told him it was last minute and we were going to look at a gran marquis in an hour but I would talk to my dad. We decided we would go look at it and told him we would leae soon. He said hold on let me call you back in a min again. 20 mins later I called and he said all was good to come down. I told him we would be there between 9 and 10pm. We drove over 150 miles 3hrs. we got there at 920. It was the right house and the car was there but no seller. Mom said he had gone off [U]just before 9[U] we waited and blew up his cell phone until finally we left driing 3hr back geting us here after 1am.
I now hae a message stateing he was arrested last night.
eerything here could be true. If it is true then crownvic97 is a very unlucky man with all these fires, crash and being arressted. And in his defense he did give me the acctual address so I belive he had it in mind to sell me the car. But I think he had another buyer the whole time which is why he always said hold on and ill call you back and thats why he left right before we were supposed to get there.
