I would if I got a better deal on a better battery such is the case with him. If you look at the times guy(meaning OP) is texting he doesn't seem to concerned about calling/texting once he's "in daytona".

30 minutes after (kickin) texts about the money issue (bbb) decides to text/call. If dude doesn't get a response after the money claim then he doesn't know if deal is off or not. Can't blame him for looking elsewhere after making the drive all the way down already.

And BBB claims to have waited an hour and a half but texts he posts show that he wasn't there at 11am. Unless he waited till after 1pm that's not true.
