Got my first ticket today..: ( **** school cop. sitting in the parking lot waiting for my sister to get out of school, kid from school asks for a "demo"( nothing like any of your demo's). so I turn it up, not 30 secs into it I hear ~whoop whoop~ and the cop comes over and gives me a 77$ dollar ticket for the tunes.
What was the first sound violation ticket you got? and how many have you gotten since then?

I've only had one. I was driving by a cop's house on thanksgiving day. He was kind enough to put down the turkey leg, leave his house and pull me over.

I've never had one (thank God)....yet. Lol, got a few verbal warnings from cops outside of uniform (they'd be like "you came by the house pretty loud, just be sure to turn it down in town) but I know all the cops around here so they're not too bad.

just curious as to how they actually got in there cars, drove down the street, and caught you before you were long gone.....
ive bumped near cops house before...and theyve yet to come out....
i got one during SBN in daytona....playing my STOCKS....bass knob was ALL the way down....he still wrote it....my bro who is also a cop called em up and sorted it out...no pay for me :)
and the dean of our school, who waits in the back parking lot, chased me one on his golf cart a good 1000ft to tell me to turn it down.....then told me not to play it the second time....after i cut volume in half.....
then today i drive by blasting highs (no bass for now) and he waves kindly....feggy.

When I went to that school(taking online classes now). The principle called me into the office 15-20 mins before the end of school and asked me to tell my mother(her car) to turn down the stereo. I was like, wtf are you joking, you called me out of class for this?He looks like a leprechaun anyways.

I was in a residential neighboorhood, thus I wasn't driving 65mph.

I've gotten 1 ticket. Was during lunch in the Corsica. I could hear everything going on around me (people talking on the sidewalks, garbage trucks, everything). Cop wrote the ticket for 200ft, then told me he wouldn't have heard me if the lady on the porch didn't wave to him and point at my car.
I'm also banned from playing the system on work properties. The CEO is not a music person (hates all types). He mentioned that the type of music I play may send a person back to drugs (can't remember the exact wording, it's been a long time). Lately I've been bumping right up until I get the gate fully open (automatic gate, press button and wait). Then I hit the button to turn it down a little. Clients seems to like Billy E.

wow yall are lucky...cops in my town are extremely strict they got their 25ft law and they use it i have 8 or 9 sound violations under my belt (not that its a good thing) but thankfully i havent been pulled since our laws changed in my city where they now hand out jailtime for the 3rd offense i believe so next offense i get i could face some jailtime over it.... :(

ive had only one ticket to date, last day of school last year, and i was driveing by playing the ti king cd (the song about the rims n crap) and it was going off very well, the cop was an undercover in a 4door chevy truck, i didnt see his lights since my mirrors are broke, couldnt hear his siren, horn or pa so cut me off in the middle of the highway and pointed to the grass for me to pull over..
well i knew i was ****ed so i played it untill he walked up to the window and asked me to turn it down ..man he was pissed off lol
since i knew i was geting a seat belt ticket and sound ticket there wasnt any sir's from me just a yea and naa i didnt know lol
and he asked me a dumb question and got a dumb answer..."what if i had someone else pulled over and was asking them if they had a gun and you come booming by and the person goes to tell me Yes i have a gun and im going to kill you, and i couldnt hear themn due to your system? i looked at him like he was a little retard and said well officer if that were the case which it isnt you would be haveing one hell of a ****ed up day today..and them he stomped away and made me sit there for 30-45 minutes on a friday so i was late as hell geting my check
cost me a total of 180 for both tickets

Of all the systems Ive had Ive never been even been pulled over for sound violations. Man Im lucky lol
Last night I was actually pulled over for the blue lights on the amps shining through the back of my car. I had my windows up and my stereo wasnt even on (I dont hae any bass right now anyway) but he pulled me over just to ask what the lights were. I offered to show him the back and I got out and showed him. He was actually really interested and asked a bunch of questions and thought it was real cool. He was actually a really cool cop and just told me "Wow, thats some pretty cool stuff. If you can just put a piece of tape over the little lights until you get your new stuff in (I told him all the stuff I was planning on since wer were talking for like 15 mins) and that was that. Pretty cool actually.

I dont listen to rap much, most reggae doesnt focous around the beat (though some songs do kill) and when I did I never had it loud very often for very long. I value my hearing. Plus I keep a keen eye out for police when I am bumping. If the windows are up, two layres of second skin and the stiff pannels/roof or the B3000 keeps most of the 147dB inside the truck.

Spell check is your friend. But yes it was copied and pasted, hence the quotation marks. What makes you think a 16 year old would not know the correct way to spell, type, and so on? It was quoted from another forum that I am a member on.
