well i just got off the phone with mike,i understand that newbies have to brag about a 147 or some crap,because they have never achvied anything better.lol,hell im a newbie sorta,i have mad respect for people like pipo and miguel that have been in the game for years,if it wasn't for people like them they would be no sport,so as far as newbies crying,shut up or bring it.

yea he started bad mouthing pipo and the rest of the team and then tried being cool and got 2 of his friends from out of state and were trying to talk sh** saying that they would fu** us up lol! and i get reported for sticking up for my team but w/e i don't care ban me from this site i don't care.

yeah casey the ports need to be about a inch shorter,but in order for me to do that,i would basically have to build a new box with three new 6'' aeros,because i ca glued them aeros together once i got them perfect for the other truck,plus i put some bad *** hard caulking stuff around the outside the port,or i could just order me three new aeros and bust the old ones out with a hammer,and re port it again.

John I don't know anything on Explorer's but have u tried playing with the box like moving it back as far as ur seats let u thier is a huge difference in my Blazer did 49 all yr and moved it back 2.5 inches and gained to a 52.3 at Carlos's shop and I burped the wrong freq all yr till he helped me and I lowered my volume and got it to go louder the best I ever did was at Finals last yr 4 L7's on 4 Kicker 2500 on vol 6 151.6 went 4 clicks up and pop went the subs

Have you tried firing the port to any other side of the vehicle? at the very elast it is worth a shot! I would also try building that same box again and doing like you did with the areo ports...test, take an inch, test, take an inch...etc

PM me if you want some more ideas or just have questions. I know explorers pretty well, never really messed with the stereo in a 3rd gen but I have one in my driveway and can brainstorm with ya!
