i know but i have the money for the lawyer. this is just extra money i had. i saw this in walmart it was the last one. i said i deserve it they are hard to come by.but the light bill came today. but in a few months i be back on my feet. i have no worry any more of bills. my bankruptcy being file now. i can start a real job again in 5 months and no more garnishments:grin:

I really hope you don't file bankruptcy. That is one long road. It's better to not pay bills for a while than to do that. I hope it's because you have no other choice.

yea it no other choice i have to i stop paying in 2001.when i was in VA i had np they never garnish my checking account always had money more then a grand.but when i move out here thing went to hell.i open checking account wow i never thought the will take any money.well i was wrong they garnish my checking for -6,000.00.the lawyer said it is a clean chapter 7 with np i have nothing. i really want to start work again instead of have a home base comany that will never grow fast.
