hey guys i need some help identifying these subs.

they are 2ohm orions,but im looking for power specs...

i couldnt pass up the deal.i'm running my M50's at 2ohms on each sub.giving them around 350 each.
i'm just curious as to how much they can handle.

oh i guess i can take them out of the box but i dont want to run the risk of stripping the screw holes out

ur probably going to need to take it out. if u do strip the holes just put wood glue in the stripped holes and drill new ones. done that alot on my old box!

old school orion hcca's, 1200w rms rated, can take alot more...very loud..friend had 2 15s of them back in the day

ok i found what i needed.i did take it out and its an xtr 12d dvc.500 watts.

i dont think i stripped the screws out too much. i dont hear any abnormalities.

Definitely NOT an HCCA. Wrong surround. Good sub. Very efficient. Will get loud above 35Hz in your Blazer.

oh yeah they are loud.

i now have a new problem.since i am now running my 2 M50s at 2ohms each my lights are dimming with above normal listening levels(bass music).

i have 4 gauge wireing for the amps,but i guess i need to beef that up some.lol

i'm also thinking of a higher amp alt. any shops in or around tampa sell them off the shelf or do i have to order one and wait?(i hate waiting)

i'm not sure of what size to get.160,180?or more than that?
