Hey guys, where do I go to make or download a forum software like this one? Thanks. :P

You can download the forum script through the link at the bottom of the page (powered by phpbb).
You'll need a hosting service that has MySQL (or other SQL that phpbb will work with) and PHP, or a webserver if you'll be running the forum on your home computer (not really recommended). The webserver also must have php and MySQL (or equiv).

I think that about covers that. I just recently started messing with phpbb, not sure if the forum can even be seen outside my network yet. http://70.145.174.180/forum/
