Well I got stupid and bought a new car. (New to me, but harldy new)
And I've spent more on accessories for the "hello-cop" red 1986 Toyota MR2 than I spent on the car itself. Actually, almost double.
Some of the toys arrived today....

These were an $8000 option on the 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 that they came out of. Recaro black leather 8-way power adjustable seats from a car with 40k miles and sheepskin covers from day one. Craigslist FTW!

Keep in mind this is a 22 year old car. (Dusty, I know. But it don't look like that now.)

I said $1188, not $1800. Besides, they're my seats, not yours. Look them up. I got a deal.
Anyway, here are some goodies direct from Japan.

JDM spec BBS RS 3-piece forged wheels for a Nissan Silvia S14 in staggered 16 x 7 fronts and 16 x 8 rears. The bolt pattern is 4 lug, but the spacing is 114.5mm not 100mm like I need. The offset is perfect for my car, and the sizes are right on too. BBS hasn't made these wheels for years. So I jumped on the opportunity to get them, regardless of the bolt pattern issue.

Jim of Wheel Outfitters hooked me up with a custom set of 4 x 100 wheels in no time at all.

One-of-a-kind BBS RS's......now it's time to have them restored.
