should i run a braker or a battery isolator? im going to be puting 6 - 8 batts in the bed..

battery isolator will protect your stock elc system for the car/truck

I don't run one cause I heard it drops your voltage, but if I had to choose I would go isolator.

so ill be fine not running anything? i use to run 2 marine batts and never had a problem

only reason for isolater is to isolate the starting battery from the other batteries so you dont drain it and leave yourself stranded. It also causes some voltage loss nothing major but still a loss. I -as well as many others - have never used them and havent had any problems

As long as you keep the batts charged, you shouldn't have any problems. I have a fuse on mine, mine, but I never take the fuse out and I have been running atleast 1 secondary batt for over 2 years now.
