It got replaced. It was in one of my w/houses so its out in the heat with a TON of dust and whatnot. I have two others that are in the same conditions....and I have to replace those about every 6 months. It doesn't matter the make or model. The other 10 or 12 never have any trouble. Well, they're good for about 50K - 70K pages...then they need cleaning. I'm just glad im not a printer guy. lol
