Lake City 1x Db Drag. Would You Be There?

I'm thinking about rounding up a couple of sponsors and having a 1x meet here in Lake City some time before SBN. I'm wondering who all is willing to attend assumeing no conflict with any other meet? Most Likely late Febuary early march. If I can get 10 people saying they will come I will start making calls. :)

I only have one sensor but I was going to talk to Shawn and Casey and see about barrowing one. AJ just said he would bring his if needed so sensors shouldnt be a problem. Casey actually gave me the idea.

I've talked it over with my dad who owns a computer business and would help sponsor the trophies and set up a nice projection screen for the term lab so everyone doesnt have to gather around a lap top or 18" monitor to see what is going on. :D

Lake City is right down I-75 just south of where I-10 crosses I-75.

I'm going to talk to the guy who owns a local performance shop who I went to the Bahamas with over the summer about a location. If he agrees then it would be the US-90 Exit off of I-75 WEST (towards Live Oak/Tallahasee) on US-90 about 2 miles to a place called Car-X on a road just off of US-90. You can see it from 90. Very easy to find.

If I get a few more thumbs up we can start talking about dates. :)

Depending on the date, I am sure that atleast a few Panama City people would try to hit the show. We have a ton of shows already scheduled, so the date would be the main issue with all of us up here in PC.

Well time to look at the callender.

We Have Febuary 18th, 24th, and March 4th keeping it on a sunday. March 11th might be a problem as some of us will be tweaking the systems for SBN. I know I probably will.

I know there was some talk about a meet in south Georiga in febuary so I dont want to cause a confliction with that. Unless it's on the same weekend on a saturday and thoes travleing 3-4 hours could make it a weekend in the North Florida/Sotuh Georiga area.

I'd like to have a set date by wednesday so I can set a location then pay the $100 and start looking into trophies. I'm going to try and get some locals out as well. Maybe get some people from the HS to come out and see some REAL loud systems.
