I am now...the meet is still on for tonight. Starts at 6, most people show up around 6:30.

As for why its so late. The meet got started on Tamparacing.com, and the majority there wanted it to start later.

My shop is open from 9am on Saturday, so I'd be happy to start it earlier (and get out earlier :P ). But, I am trying to run a business, so I can't have people just showing up throughout the day, expecting to hang out and get metered.

Its a very informal event. There is no fee, and we provide burgers, dogs, chips, soda's, etc. We get between 10 and 50 people, just hanging out, talking car audio.
