Oh yeah...Ben is looking forward to welcoming all you noobs! If you all want to do it here at our house that is fine. We don't have any exact dates when he will be home yet, but we are hoping for sometime in September. Once we get closer we can set a date for the party. Saturdays work best for most people (trust me - you WILL be hungover) and we have room for some of you to crash. For those who don't know we live in Apollo Beach which is just south of Brandon. Let's get some ideas about the dates. I have talked to Ben and he says the weekend of Sept. 20 or Sept. 27 are good dates for the party/meeting. Ben and I have been planning on having a "welcome home" party for him since the day he left I think!

Yeah, everything is still messed up because there are now 2 shows being held
that weekend. One is the Motorsport Nationals Supershow at the Convention Center and AMS is is have a show along with the ACDelco Street Drag Nationals.

Steve, from Meca, told me at the Elite Summer Nationals, that he would be there along with IASCA.

Well I think Ben and I are planning on going to GA on the weekend of the 20th. It will be a well deserved trip for the both of us. So we need to start thinking of other dates for this team meeting/welcome home party. The weekend of 9-27 there is a show. The weekend of 10/4 is Slamfest. That could be a possibility since we are just 15 min away from the fairgrounds. After that the calender looks pretty much empty, but that can change. Let us know on ideas!!

OK so it's official!! Slamfest Afterparty here at our house. So who all is planning on going to the show? And who just plans on coming to the house? There aren't any hotels that are close to here...the closest ones are in Brandon (10 min away). But there are hotels near the fairgrounds ( some of you stayed at those last year at finals). Like I said before we do have sleeping room for some of you, just not all. So go ahead and coordinate with other team members if you plan on getting a room somewhere. Or PM me or Ben if you need to stay here. By no means are we going to make you drive if you are sh*tfaced, but you may have sleep in the closet with the cat!! We just want everyone to be safe and have fun!!
