Well less than 6 months (Actually 4 months and 24 days) is no where near a Year. and when you make an agreement to buy something on monthly payment then monthly payments is how it gets paid. Not that that situation has anything to do with you or this topic.
and since it is so important to you here are the dates the payments were made and the amount.Not to mention i was in constant contact with the seller and if there was a problem we talked about it.

hell it figures you would take up for Nitro since you had problems with C5 also. so how much bearing does that have on this situation.

It is simple, You say you will ship something on a certain day you ship it. if you cant atleast contact the buyer and let him know. You say you will provide tracking provide tracking.

How hard is it to do things in a professional manner?

its been since september, he came on here claiming he would do an insurance claim and i would get a refund and we both win... he already got his money, and he would immediately send a refund 5weeks ago.

Is there an original tracking number floating around? The shipee can also file INS. claims not just the shipper.

Proof they were ever shipped in the first place would publically validate the claim for needing to file the ins.

I met up with Nitro Sunday night and he purchased an RE SX from me. Our transaction went fine. Too bad he won't just post up a tracking number to clear his name. At UPS I believe they even keep past info in their computers if he lost the receipt/tracking #. Oh well, he's banned now I guess.

Heres a solution, USE PAYPAL. If you can't then this kind of thing will happen. With paypal you have greater protection and options to get your money returned to you. Hell I just had an amp sold to me brand new off ebay and it was bad, the seller then tried to convince me they were sending me a new amp per our communications on the dispute on paypal. Then they suddenly recalled the call tag at UPS for the new amp shipment. They then demanded me to close my dispute before sending me a new amp. Which would have made me lose my help from paypal in getting a refund in this case. However I stood ground, converted my dispute to a claim and after that within 10 days had my money back.

Bottom line to that ^^ STOP USING MONEY ORDERS. FFS you people act surprised you get taken when you have NO recourse other than local authorities in the sellers area. BTW I am not taking sides, hell I don't know either of the parties here but I know the history from reading the topics about this sale. So stop, think, use a better payment method and you won't get scammed anymore.

i know what about is a little off topic but i know the of buying a product and pay and never received or rufund on 2 items i bought on ebay one thing was from Canada and if someone buys and pays on paypal and hey pick it up have them sign somthing that they pick it up so if they try to get a refund from lying and saying that they nerver got it that happend to someone who sold a coke machine for $3000 by the way terry jacksonis a good person to buy from i bought three things from him never had a problem

funny you say this but yet when asked to provide tracking info Nitro never did.a nd to this day still has not done it.

if you have this tracking info please post it so we can get this mess straightened out.

also please note that the 2 people that C5 had issues with were both people that promised him something as a buyer and did not follow through with what they promised.
