I didn't touch a thing, I still dont know what you're having trouble with. I don't see any errors on the server.

The flood control error should only come if you're attempting to post within the time not allowed. I think that is around 35 seconds.

What it was doing is if i went to edit a post that i just posted, like for a typo or anything, it would tell me that my post is too short, and that i need to wait 35 seconds to post again.
