IdBL will start running around 12:30-1:00. The fees are $25 for the registration with 1 run, additional runs $5. The event is to help the Children's Miracle Network, and for a double point world record event I beleive is a good deal. If you think that you will be there later than 3:00 call my cell (334)806-5052

so we will only get one run thru the jugeing lanes compared to the normal 2? but we can opt in to buy more runs @5 ea..... just double checking i have to make sure i bring enough cash with me to cover everything , im geting stoked and ready to put some power to these beasts siting, and growling behind my seats to see what kind of dammage they can realy do
im hopeing to be in the mid 50's xD

Mid 50's would be cool to see from some 10's:) I got the same impression you did from the email that there is 1 run with your registration instead of 2, but you can get extra runs at $5 a pop.

My thoughts exactly, yeah you only get 1 run for your $25, but just plan on $30, and that is pretty good for a double pointer, work record setting event, atleast in my book.

Page 91 in the Rule book states:
In all levels of events(single point, double point and TKE), competitors will be given a minimum of two runs through the judging lanes.

If you break a record you have to be able to back it up.....

You can back it up, for an extra $5 :D Give Sammy a shout and let him know. It might just be an oversight on his part.

Granted it is for a good cause, but why pay for a second run if the rules say you get it anyway?
I've got no problem paying for a third run if something happens on my part to result in 0 score for the first two.

awsome show, not too bad of a drive (would have been better if i hadnt goten us lost a few times lol)my daughter and myself had a blast and im amased at what the beat up old van did, and found out on the way home that i had left my cabin air vent open lol so i lost some pressure there but o well theres always next time =D but hands down it was fun and there were some great numbers put out

It was fun. Even getting lost and making a round trip all the way around Enterprise and back to Troy. The only thing I didn't care for was the waiting time for the show to start. For those who arrived at 9 am, they had to wait until around 2 to begin. That's a whole seperate issue that needs to be dealt with though.

All in all it was fun, but there's no place like home..

I do have to say, Team Kamikaze and Team Funkin Audio came to the Troy show and cleaned house. While I don't have the results yet, the classes were dominated by the two teams.

The vast majority of the wins were done using Funkin audio equipment.
There was a major interest in Funkin products during the show and as the day went on, the quality of the FA equipment line began to shine through.

Loud? You bet. The average scores for the team during this show were above a 150 db.

yep yep funkin surprised me with my sore of 150.xDb and i didnt even blow a sub or amp im surprised and very pleased,and the pressure was outragious in the van roof was trying to escape the torture, doors and glass was haveing its ***** handed to it lol, and seening mich with his 2 10's running off 2 o2 audio 3000D's st*****, them subs were geting the crap pounded out of em and still going as far as i know, so they can defentaly take alot more power than whats recomened for them, makes me want to put 10 more 3000D's in my van for a total of 12 3000D's , 2 amps st***** running 2 10's , (wow that would be some major power) i wonder ......if they could handle it lol
