I am a bit out of touch in calculations and admittedly not the best at designing slot ported enclosures. However that is what I would like to build for my new car. My MAX dimensions are 39" wide, 20" height, 15" depth. I am trying to get around 3cuft internal volume with 48sq in port area 20" in length. I have my materials ready just need it planned out.

So if anyone can work this up for me, even just a MSPaint style drawing would do, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

what do you want the box tuned to?

Subs displace .0722cuft of airspace each and I would like tuning 34-36Hz range.

Ok I threw this one together real quick for u, just a simple box that should give u right about 3 cu. ft. at 37hz with 50sq. in. of port.

Box is 3.9 cu. Tuned to 36hz
Port is 18.5 H x 3 W x 26 D
External Dimensions 20 H x 38 W x 15 D

Top/Bottom: 15 x 38

Front/Back: 18.5 x 36.5

Sides: 18.5 x 15

Vent Parts: L Shape

Part 1: 18.5 x 12

Part 2: 18.5 x 14

Could Make Better Box If I Knew The Sub In Use

I needed a job. The wife and I decided this was the best time to move. So are you going to start compeeting with this?

Not going to compete until the organizations get their heads out of their butts. But the car will be loud for sure.
