Well...the older ones. I carried the new amps 2 years ago and we had quite a few returns. They just cannot take low voltage for very long if at all. Anything below 12v and they pop and thats just too bad because they do put out some great power. Just not reliable enough for a daily driver on a stock charging system and your average customer just can't seem to grasp that concept.

There subs are good quality and pound quite well. That depends on the models of course. Some are better than others.

idk which level sub they had set up in the room of doom, but he said they ran about $140 a piece or so.. so idk about the whole over priced thing. but then again thats only one product. however, i loved their sound (not the room of doom, there was no sound, but their show truck). great quality, and man they hit.. :)

I think the room of doom uses the 2.0 or 2.5. I've never been a fan of the amps simply because it seems like everyone who runs mmatts amps has it getting repaired because it blew. Good because they warranty their product, bad because it seems to happen fairly often.

just keep the voltage up and they are fine.. even mmatts will tell you that.. 12v+.. not hard to understand if you into high qaulity car audio..

they used p3's in the room of doom and they are a quality sub for both sq and spl. If ur into spl then the juggs are they the best!! they take and give a pounding. only downside is they are power hungry. the dreads are not too power hungry but are originally designed for sq but pound regardless. I currently use their 3500.1 on 2 JL 13 W7's and i do pretty well.
