So I got bored and decided totake a friend who was at my house and go see if I can figure this out. I found out a couple things, for example only 3 people live in that house;
2 people over the age of 80 and a 40+ year old woman who has a severe brain tumor
also they haven't gotten any large packages recently (so check the name on the signature confirmation)

now the fun began when I left. When I left I saw a skiny white guy out front who was in his late 20's or early 30's. As soon as he saw me he ran to a parked car on the corner, then left quickly. When I saw it was a scion like mmouse drives I hoped in my car and followed to tell him what I found. He pulled into a gas station a little later. I parked a few spots over and walked over to his car. I think he may have crapper himself because he started dialing on the phone and locked his doors. I tried telling him I was from the forum and he stopped dialing but kept freaking out. He atleast put his window down to talk to me for a minuete. I explained that I was from CA and that I went to talk to the people who live their. He kept saying that he didn't know anything about any forums, so I just explained what happened and he kept flipping out. So I just told him I didn't mean to scare him. And then I left. When I got back in the car I told my fiends what happened and he is still making fun of me...

Guys i have fully cracked the case after some major investigations. Well after finding out about caps and Fatpats connections i start searching. The house that KTFO has pictures of is FATPATS house and yes that is Caps car out front.

My evidence.
1st:
If you look at the picture that KTFO posted you see the wood shed with medal shutter in the back ground with the red fence right???

Well I just talked to Caps and he says it isnt him. I called him because I saw a new album on his Facebook that was created Wednesday where he has 2 DC LVL4XL 15s. He says he bought them from a local guy and they were blown and he has been talking to Rusty about a recone. I told him that the evidence really doesnt look good since now he has pictures that he is in posession of the same equipment in question, and that he might want to get in touch with Rusty or try to do something...

Im just putting my findings out there. The more info known the better, because the more people know the better a chance of figuring this out, no matter who did what.

Well I cant find the pics on his Facebook anymore. Thats not helping his case at all.

The guy they were traded with went on the nissan forum for refs and the guys their backed him. Then they told him to ship to florida for some reason. This is what he did not know that another guy from the forum also came to visit the house at the same time and this is what he saw.


I told you guys when i got there to that house his car was in the drive with the gates up/closed they had to open the gates to follow me home

and i saw 2 subs in his trunk they saw me they closed thet trunck then when i got back to my car and got the camera and pulled up out front to take a pic they where in there car right behind me

Edit also yes Caps did post pics of the subs on Facebook but quickly removed them after someone mentioned something to him about it, But Facebook backs their servers so if the scam viticm needs them for evidence he can get them.

lol the OP did not meet person to person he sent his cousins who lives in florida to get his subs back, the guy who got scammed lives in Illinois. You are not smart if you think the guys would ever scam someone close to where they stay. First Iv only met caps once and he seamed like a stand up guy. Chills with the normal people (Me, Devin, and VJ.) and I find this all hard to believe. Second O.P. if you seriously got scammed and you met the person in person that "supposedly" scammed you why did you not do anything about it? plain and simple he has no real physical evidence to disprove all the creditable evidence built agains't him. His only argument since becoming a suspect are: editing his post, saying the subs won't fit in his car, and situtaion resolved. He better be glad the guy they scammed is being nice about this. Because he coulda been in a **** ton of trouble had the police been involved.

Also if he was innocent I am sure he would pulled the my dad is a lawyer stunt, which he is but not a civil court lawyer, like he did the last time Fatpat scammed a guy buy selling him a dead battery.

supposedly caps' story is he found out who the scammer was and got the subs back and met up with the victims family that lives in florida. but everyone's belief is he had the subs in his possession and just delivered them back so he didnt get jail time.

Both banned. They both choose not to defend themselves or answer questions as to what actually happened. We gave them both ample time to do so. The evidence was stacked high. Thanks to everyone that helped bring this to our attention.
