Yes I said VIOLATED. I need everyone's help, eyes and ears. At 2 a.m. this morning two black males in a silver or white Honda or Altima stole my three planet audio amps. Black and red and silver and blue. I believe my car was targeted, because I am in the process of rebuilding and have not had subs in my car for several weeks. I have posted a picture. Please if you see them, know someone that has seen them let me know. 352-317-4193.

Damn that sucks. Why do people have to steal stuff?
I hope you get them back, but that's doubtful. Start checking around any and all pawn shops

if you have the serial numbers from the amps, the cops might actually be able to do something useful. otherwise, you're completely on your own. been there done that.. stupid theives.. :( best of luck getting them back.

GPD and APD sucks. They won't help find something like that. They don't care. It is up to us as NORMAL ppl to find them. Sorry Taz ur excluded from the NORMAL ppl. JK

Thank you to everyone. I know that it is doubtful that I will see them again. I have also posted on Craigslist, checking pawn shops as well. GPD said they could put them in a data base if I had the serial # so I'm trying to hunt it down now.

to be entirely honest, i got a phone call from the police department about a week after i filed my report, and they asked ME if i had made any progress on the case. i told them no, i hadnt been hired at the police office yet, and didnt have access to their databases, but if they wanted to expedite the process id get right to it. she seemed a little embarassed.

the serial number will allow them to plug it into a computer and all of the registered pawn shops in the USA will be able to check the serial numbers against the database, and if the amp shows up, then it should be returned to you. i wish you the best of luck. i couldnt find my serial numbers... luckily ive got them all filed away now. :eyebrow:

I doubt they'll be found, but in good hopes they will. When my old house got broken in to and a Memphis amplifier stolen, I was told to get the serial numbers. Gary (teamriles) gave me 2 boxes that had the serials on them. I reported the numbers and haven't heard any more on it. That was aprox 1.5 or more years ago (damn.. Fay was that long ago?)
I just wait until I see somebody at an event running the amp. Then I will take matters in my own hands, legally (maybe)
