The length of the port doesn't play a factor into the port area, only the size(ie 6" aero , 8" or a slot port that is say 10x14. The length only affects tuning.

The length of the port determines tuning, the shorter the port the higher the tuning frequency and vice versa.

im no expert on boxes or ports but doesnt the length of the port have something to do with the sound as well so u could have a single 8" aero just by x long!!!! am i correct by saying that

4 12's then yes u can get 2 1500 and strap but 15's i wouldnt and if ur stuck on audiopipe for money or space reasons then id go for the 1800's
