you sure? I got 3/4" to fit behind the door panels of an integra. To fit a set of Crescendo mids. (since the stock baffle was just way too small)

Vifa's got blown a while ago. Overpowered them on that 1988 Sony 4 channel I had and they gave up the magic smoke. Couldn't find diaphrams for them.

Not 100% sure. Will prolly make a 3/4" ring to test fit. Didn't have much time to do this, and didn't want to waste any on making something that didn't work. Now that I have templates, it shouldn't take any time at all to make.

Thanks guys. Lovin the 8's!

The wooden ring is actually making contact with the tweeter magnet, so it holds it off the Speaker a lil. Everything snaps into place but the snap pin closest to the corner where the speaker is. Small gap if your looking directly up from the bottom of the door, otherwise untoticeable. I'm happy with it.

Luckily you are my boy , cuz i am kicking myself in the but for trading. For those out of the loop , i traded a pair of eminence delta 10's for these 8's (10's were to hard to get on axis in my doors) , and got this bright idea on the way home to trade him the 8's for 2 pairs of 6's. IMO , the 8's are what i was looking for. I like the output over the 4 6's , and love the SQ over the delta 10's. Anybody else and i would be begging for a trade back , but it's due time my homeboy got a front stage thats loud. Now i gotta get you into a bigger amp. I won't be driving the 75 buck truck for a few months until i pay off my license............you wanna run the ap2004?? 2 channel mode @ 8 ohms per channel will give you 200 RMS per door. Then use the eagle in 4 channel mode , 2 channels for active tweets , and 2 channels for an attenuated rear fill?? Lemme know bro , you know whats mine is yours (if im not using it , LOL)
