Default I need some audio help

Guy wants to trade me a set (2) of (11S12L72 ) kicker L7 in a sealed box that's powered by a class D candence Dakota 2400 watt max / 1200 rms amp

Is this a good setup or should I pass on it.

Would like to give an answer tonight or tomorrow at the latest.

Trying to get back into the stereo world

Thanks guys

It's decent equipment. But what are you trading for?

Oh sure. I know exactly what that's worth. ***end sarcasm***

But seriously. I really don't know what that's worth. The audio he wants to trade is about $300-350 ish, give or take.

New the 5th scale I have is roughly $700. It's about 2 years old now and still runs great. Just needs a steering servo ($50)

Looking at those speakers new are $349.99 each and the amp is another $350 from what I've found.

I'd say Drew is pretty accurate at 300-350ish used value, except I despise L7's in a sealed box. So assuming you have the room I'd ditch the box and Build a new one, but of course that adds to the expense. You just have to weigh that against what you'd let your truck go for.

I'd build a new ported box for it. I don't like sealed boxes. I feel that they don't hit as hard as a ported box
