To make a long story short, a local shop that i used to frequesnt when the owner was different had these in the display case for a loooong time. I kept telling him to just sell them to me for $30 a piece and call it a day. He kept saying NO, so I went in today to see the tint guy and made a remark to the audio guy about them and he was like fine $30 a piece! I was just about to order some Eminenence Alpha's today too!

depends if they have a crossover set on them and set properly they sound ok. i've heard a couple vehicles with them and weren't impressed at all. emenince FTMFW!

yes in tommy's truck they sound great but in some people's vehicles they don't sound good it just depends on how the crossovers are set at.

I am looking into them a bit to possibly sell them and while I havnt confirmed it, Beyma owns or atleast makes Whip Audio, these are supposably the same exact speaker.

SO I was bored this afternoon and I needed to fix something in my door anyway so I went ahead and threw these speakers in.

I am impressed, even off of the factory unit and no amp they are louder than stock and the 5&1/4 Soundstreams I had in there. But matt is right they do need a little bit of EQ'n. I dont think it wil take much once I get some power on them and get a deck with some decent crossovers and EQ to get them sounding good!
