FDA rules are not in place yet, and they have delayed them from going into place as well. I think since the public KNOWS the FDA is not going on science the FDA will back off till they get some scientific proof that there is regulation of the magnitude they suggest.

I didn't know that. I just heard that they wanted to regulate it. They are currently attacking the cigar manufactures pretty heavily which has me concerned as I'm a pretty big cigar smoker. But I don't follow the 'vape' industry much.
