I have been in in the Car audio
industry for almost over 20 years. When I was 16 I got my first job as an apprentice at Divine Sounds when it was located on Armenia. I joined the Army and was trained in microwave communications repair after high school. I moved to Colorado Springs in 94 and got a job installing and fabricating at The Alternate Source. While I worked at The Source I received my Basic, Auto sound Specialist, and First Class Installer MECP certifications I worked there for 2.5 years and transferred to Drive In Auto Sound for about 6 months. I went onto active duty in 98 and served at Ft Bragg NC. in 2001 when I got out I returned to Divine Sounds Brandon as an installer.
About 2 months after that the custom fabricator in Tampa had an accident and I moved into his position. For the next 10 years I was full time custom fab and I also aided in troubleshooting when an installer had any hard cases. Also while at Divine Sounds I competed in DB Drag racing with many of the other team members. I had not only my Astro but my Nissan that was sponsored by Kicker with its final system being 16L7 10's and 8 kicker 2500's.
When Divine closed I had already established for about 4 years my hobby business Innovative Audio Designs. I would Build
boxes for shops and collaborate on trim and custom work. For the past 2 years I have worked with many local shops doing collabo builds. I build they install. and I have also began establishing my own clientele.
