you want that wattage at what ohm load?? those JL are dual 3 right.. so figure 1.5.. just saying.. that soundstream 2000 in that other listing might not be a bad choice.. i dont know the guy but it seems to be an ok deal... maybe a little less that 250 though..

I believe that sub is dual 1.5 ohm. Make sure thats all the Power you want to run on it because it can take alot. ShaineMcconnell runs a Diablo Hellfire 1000 on his at approximately 1400 RMS and the sub doesn't look like it's moving as much as it could. You may want try a Sundown or an Audiopipe but they may be out of your price range.

im running it at 3 ohms (d1.5). i dont want to push it over 1300-1400rms, if i can find something that pushes 2000 at 1ohm or maybe even 2ohm it may push what i need wired to 3 ohms

Only amp I found at that price was an Audiopipe 1800d. Not sure about that amp, but you may want to ask the guy that walled off his Geo Metro cause he is using a 3000Watt version.

I forgot to mention, a good quality 1ohm stable amp will most likely run at .75 ohms.
