Advice Needed by tomorrow am hours
Looking to trade a new set up I just purchased. I bought 2 Alpine type R 10's for my wifes Car a powered them with a Hi-Fonics ZX1000 amp, but the subs I bought are Dual 2 ohm as to where the amp maxes out at 1000 watts at 4ohm. I want the most out of the amp, but at 2 ohms it is only 500 watts.
I have found someone that is willing to trade me 2 Kicker S10L5 subs in a sealed enclosure and a Power Acoustics 2400 watt amp for the Alpines and the hi-Fonics. I have owned a pr. of the Kickers before and only powered them with 1 JL 250/1 and they BANGED! He says everything is hooked up right now and I can hear it B4 we trade. It is currently in the rear of an SUV as to where I will be installing it in the trunk of a Crown Victoria. let me know guys if this is a goo/bad trade. Thanks! |

well the subs r a good deal but dunno about the amps but I think it is a cool trade just my 2 cents
