Unless your gonna have the 8's and 6.5's tuned differently or in seperate enclosures, there is no reason to have different sizes.
The 8's will play low and give great midbass and also extend up high enough to cover all the ranges.

Yep, pretty much what i have been visioning. Especially the first of pics. What model Audi is that? How does it sounds overall? What is it hitting on the termlab?

So those deltas appearc to be for home application but people use them in car audio as well?

Not sure why a lot of people hate on the pwx series. I have 4 pwx 8's that i've been messing around with (havent had a chance to fiberglass them into my doors yet) and they sound pretty badass. There is no need to mix 6.5's and 8's either. The 8's can go up to like 5khz, but i recommend crossing them over a lot lower than 5,000 hz. They start to lose sound quality at about 3-4khz. And they get pretty damn loud. I had one running on 100 watts and i could hear it about 1/4 mile away.
