Default The Dip Army-New location-Help needed
Well it appears I will be looking for a new shop to work out of moving forward. Looking into potentially getting a 1200sqft warehouse with 2 offices and a bathroom in the Longwood area.

Since I'm only going to be there from 5-whenever at night and on the weekends I was thinking I could find someone that might be interested in splitting the spot with me for their daytime activities.


That or if anyone knows of any shops with an open bay, lmk please!

Theres some shops that are vacant with bay doors next to the longwood UPS

Check over off bench mark lane , ( Ronald regan/427) head towards the flea market from 1792. Also there are some is a storage place right when you turn onto that road that leads to UPS/Fedex in longwood that allows you to work out the units.

Its like the second building in from 434 , us storage or something.

You have to make sure its a shop that does not mind the painting. Some shops wont allow it, some dont mind.
