Default Intentions

Understandably you are upset that the amp is damaged and the customer service was not as prompt as you would like. Honestly i cant imagine personally running another brand in my vehicle especially when it comes to amplifiers. The bc 5500 that i had i treated so badly running it sub 11 volts no upgraded alt or big three and it never once went into protect. I have never had an issue that they were not more than willing to address and correct. Im speaking up mostly because i feel as if your intent wAs to come on the forum that is most close to home for this corporation and bash them on the open forum. Totally unnecessary! Allow them to resolve the issue at no point have you been permanently slighted in a way that requires you to approach someone in their own community and talk ish! Pay your dues be a lil patient and enjoy your amp when it arrives!

Having more educated customers would also be nice but until that time we will rely on good knowledgeable installers like your self.
Besides we are holding at 3-5% warranty rate with over 85% of those being operator error(not enough electric, blown sub etc...)

That's what i'm getting at. A direct to consumer business model throws your product to the wolves, and you're stuck cleaning up the mess!

Good call. It's a tough transition to make, and most companies who are used to the direct to consumer model have a very hard time making the switch. But i wish ya good luck!
