thanks a lot man, itīs been hard to reach the point where i am right now, already burping over 155 at 40 hz after the bracing with only 2500 clamped watts and 3 batts on a single cca 0 Ga run, canīt complain, and of course, wouldnīt have gotten to this point without the help of my teammates, and specially, my buddies dave leib and keith miller

New front stage!!

2 6.5" Massive M6s , a Massive 12" MC12 mid and 4 Massive Pat2 drivers per door , powered by 3 powerbass amplifiers and soon some stetsom amps :)

Final product

Not only i suck *** at fiberglass and bondo, but i also HATE working on that, so all i did was to paint the doors with some flexstone black paint and we were good to go!

Time to upgrade the subs, loudforce 85 series did amazing but i needed something brand new that could handle more power, got myself 8 massive Summo 15" subs, they are 1500 watts a piece and definitely way more BL, they are D4s so iīm still wired at 1 ohm... for now ;)

Also added some 2x4s inside the rear chamber with some fiberglass to add more strenght.

This definitely was a major pain in the ***, subs were bigger than the loudforce so i had to jigsaw all the holes without any mask or glasses to protect myself cause i was in a hurry!

Starting to look like something loud again :)

DONE!!!!

Car got way louder to the ears and also termlab, peak didnīt change BUT, bandwith got a little bit smaller, i could play 12 hz with the loudforce while i canīt play below 18 hz with the massive subs, is cool though, still moves more air now at about 25 hz :)

New batts AT LAST!!!!!!!!

Had a single stinger spp1200 on front and some old *** northstar 110ft on the back, now, i installed an stinger spp1700 on front and got 6 extra spp 1200s for the back along with the one i already had, giving me a total of 8 batteries for the moment, 7 extra batts are coming on the way also :)

Test fitting them to see i can place them that way when i get the other 7 batts, in the meantime, they will be mounted on the regular position facing up :)

1/4" Aluminum buss bars, copper bars will be installed later ;)

Everything done!!!!

As you can see, Car still has the same cca wires, 4 extra Stinger OFC wires and second mechman alternator or coming VERY soon :)

New score, still wired at 1 ohm , with 7 less batts than the final set up, still a single alternator, still on cca wires , without any bodywork at all, should get nasty once i do all those things! :)

I know almost no one cares about this topic, but i have some free time right now and pics on the phone that i wanna delete so iīll post them here before doing it lol

Iīve only done a couple of things lately on the sexplorer, but they definitely helped TONS , if you go a few pages back youīll see how i sealed off the wall from the back, i had some gorilla tape on the back and spanding foam on front of it, worked nicely for how cheap and fast was, but it was time to add some fiberglass on the back of the trim panels and also between roof and top panel.

Then, i started playing with roundover AGAIN!!!! tried all kind of different options, didnīt get pics of everything but hereīs what i have...

External roundover via 3" PVC tubes cutted on half and internal 1" roundover got the best results on this application, gained 0.2 dbs lol, at least is something!
