So personally, brands who do not do this...will go away & another one will replace it in a couple years...I've seen it over the past 15 I've been doing car audio..

and i am not saying you are wrong ................this is all info that has been discussed ....and while the transition from manufacturer direct to a dealer based network is difficult but it is necessary and therefore will continue........not without growing pains im sure but ..even as you stated these are very real and vital steps to insuring Crescendo Audio not only survives its adolescence but matures ..........

900sqft shop, insurance, no employees, pays taxes, does not offer "walk ins" nor stock, does a little marketing. Not your typical shop I suppose, but I am not trying to be. I believe in a personal experience and prefer working out of my home so I can be near my family as much as possible and watch my six month old son grow up =)

Here's where my issue lays...
What are you selling the equipment for? Retail? 20% over?
If your selling at 100% retail, not a penny less...I'm happy..
But you go under that, it hurts my friend - dealer Scottie at Pure Audio.
He has a family to feed, bills, employees, taxes, insurance, expensive tools...
That's my issue! Without good guys like him & others, this industry will suffer..

Anybody can offer his or her services on this forum, that's not stopping your client. I see your point(s) and you advertising your company (or who you work for) in your water marked photos.

I agree & small guys become big guys... that's why I always support the smallest shops, not just sell them "product". I watermark because many installers will show work they did not do... shop owners call me for reference & if the photos are "real".
On a business side, I don't sell anything. Just a enthusiast representing my friends who enjoy car audio ;)

There are site sponsors that have been with Crescendo for a very long time and that offer product to a whole different area and I would say region of people. I wonder what contracts look like for the company in question, and what happens if you sell for less/more etc.
