Default JL Audio Box Design Help

I need help with ideas on what to do. My current sealed box is blowing my subs. Any ideas on a better box with still keeping a "Show car" look?

Sealed box. The air from the subs are firing off the plexiglass and hitting the voice coils. That is what I think. My last sub blew in less than a month.

if i had to bet money on it, i would bet that it was user error or improperly set amplifier (gain or ssf).
