using 4awg for 2500rms instead of 1/0g?

got-bass1990 Member SPL + Florida Join Date: Sep 2012 Location: PA Posts: 147	using 4awg for 2500rms instead of 1/0g? i upgrade my AQ1200 to the 2200 and i have 1/0g in the big 3 and running back to my rear battery but i have 4awg running from rear battery to amp. i will be upgrading to 1/0g since that is what the amp needs. is there gonna be a difference? the 4AWG wiring i have is shok industries. 120amp max. i feel like maybe im loosing power
