I am headed to trial on july 3rd. The judge would not toss it out so i pled not guilty.

Smh apparently they have nothing better to do but revenue generate and harass people...I wish as much effort went in to stopping or preventing actual crimes...

I got a ticket 2 nights ago and cop told me it's a lvl 4 violation and it's arrestable but he was just writing a ticket for $120 for <50 plainly audible

I think the distance of 25 feet is a joke. I received numerous noise ordinance tickets years ago when I was immature and just plain showing off in Ohio. But I do agree there should be some kind of law. I don't want to hear your bass when I'm trying to relax at home or trying to enjoy a meal at a restaurant. Disturbing the peace is against the law! If you guys want to play 150+db going down the road then I hope you get ticketed. There is a place and time for it. Do it at the Car shows and competitions where people want to hear it. That's the reason I attend the shows.
