2 Crescendo BC2000s or 1 BC3500
I will be getting either 2 Crescendo BC2000s at 1 ohm PER or 1 BC3500 @ .5 ohm.
Both senarios will be set up with 4 C&D 134ah batteries
Any opinions on which may scenario you like better and why?

Nick, if you think about it, it WONT be more power... 2 2000s at 1 ohm would be 4k, 1 3500 at .5 would be about 4k too though!

id say the one 3500. 1. amp will be easier, wont have to gain match

I wouldnt have to gain match anyways... 2 2000s would be linked up. Im thinking that if i run the 2000s at 1 ohm per itll be cleaner Power vs the 3500 at .5 will be dirtier. So i mean, power output is no different and ease of installation isnt a factor because itll take 5 minutes longer to Wire up(and link so no need to match).
Would the extra 5 minutes installation time to link 2 2000s be worth cleaner power vs one 3500 at .5?

Thats what i was thinking, lower impedance on 1 amp so more room for distortion or am i incorrect as long as its rated down to .5?

Complications as in...? Do you mean complications as in "Pain in the butt" for me or as in "electrical problem complications"

I would say go with the 2 2000's because one 3500 at .5 would pull more amps too work then 2 2000's I feel and would give you a higher chance of blowing a sub/melting the coils
there was something about people with 2 mayhem's blowing them off of 1 3000 because people were running them at .5 or .25 ... something about how the amps will put out more amps instead of higher voltage and it puts alot more heat to the subs
and when i say lack of voltage im not talking about the power to the amps im talking inside the amps...
