Enclosure looks good, door panel needs some router love before you glass it.

^ agreed . Box looks nice.

No way I would even attempt to start glassing those doors with all of the sharp corners. Sink a round over ( a little deep , my preference. ) or even a rabbiting bit around the edges and make you life 10x easier when it comes to pulling fleece, mat,body work.

Make it easy onyourself sell me that motor before you clean it and let it sit for a year unused.

Yeah, you should just trade me two of them for these 2 Q's back. Let the Q's keep the other tripple stack company and I can put atleast two of them to proper use.

What benefit does a solid board for the door baffle have over individual rings fiberglassed to the doors?. Normally I see the rings layed out but ive noticed on this site alot of people use the solid baffle.

easier to work with with than 10 rings and angles the right finishing touches can be very nice

I agree, what's the point of glasswork if you're not really showing off your finishing skills and attention to detail? Basically just "molding" a baffle to a door In some cases it can look good like when the mids/tweets are recessed and beauty-trim or some kind of grill element are applied to give it a stealth look. Don't see that happening here unfortunately.
